Start from understanding client needs, with the QS background & professionalism, we are always providing our own technical and cost engineering side of advice in the pre-construction stage and working on how to deliver a cost-effective project within the timeframe during the construction.
Quality Management – We have established and implemented our own in-house QA system to ensure high-quality results.
To further strengthen our Health & Safety management system and ensure full compliance with New Zealand Health & Safety legislation and Tier 1 Main Contractor expectations, Mansion Civil has appointed a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to oversee all H&S activities across our projects.
The H&S Manager is responsible for improving the quality of our H&S documentation, ensuring compliance with New Zealand Health & Safety requirements, and making sure all safety procedures are consistently implemented on site—not just completed as paperwork.
The H&S Manager will also provide a single point of contact for all Health & Safety matters, allowing workers and the Main Contractor to raise H&S concerns directly, rather than through our Project Managers. This ensures faster communication, clearer accountability, and more effective issue resolution.
